Albert Torcaso Presents Clip 1, Vote For America's Future

ALBERT TORCASO PRESENTS

VOTE FOR AMERICA’S FUTURE

In this somber, but poignant message I discuss why this election Nov-4-2008 is the most important in our lifetime. And I make the case as to why it is the most important and speak on the following issues.

· The United States Constitution, The Bill Of Rights

· Health Care and Our current President’s veto of a bill that would have insured Ten Million children for only Thirty Five Billion dollars (35 Billion)

· I speak about the President refusing Ten Million of our children health care because it cost 35 billion dollars, but the very next day he sends his people to ask Congress for 100 Billion dollars to keep the wars going

· The bail out of AIG American International Group of 85 Billion dollars on Sept-16-2008

· Our Civil Rights being taken away and tell you names of the laws that has taken away your rights, freedoms and privacy

· The Supreme Court expects to lose Two to Three Justices due to retirement and that we could end up with a one ideology one sided Supreme Court. Remember, this US Supreme Court allowed States to take away your property and land if the States and Cities feel that interment domain is warranted to build new buildings, or businesses

· Our constitution has been picked apart by the 109Th Congress controlled by Republicans and the 110Th Congress has passed FISA the 110Th is Controlled by the Democrats, but by only Two more votes in the US Senate, and not Filibuster Proof and as such republicans can stop passage of bills and do threatened to do so

This in no way is to let the Democrats off the hook, but to explain why they have not stopped some bad laws.

· Your future and the future of all Americans and our descendants I speak about all of this.

· The Real Identification Act

At one point in the video an ice cream truck arrives in the park and has its music going. Listen to see and hear how I incorporate it into the message of voting for America’s future!

· Habeas Corpus being taken away

VOTE FOR AMERICA'S FUTURE

I have decided to put a link to Senator John McCain’s web page that has all of the ads and I have done this also with Senator Barack Obama. The reason is clear, one of their ads says don’t hope for a better life vote for one and this I believe is proof that the ego of this candidate is out of whack and he should not hold the office of President as he seems somewhat bizarre to think that voting for him will somehow magically change our lives and solve every problem. The title of said ad is LOVE and the comments come very close to the end.

He says we should not hope. Well, I hope he does not win and become President. Yes, Senator, I have HOPE!

ALBERT TORCASO'S Thoughts on the Seven Year Anniversary of 9-11-2001

It has been Seven Years since the attack of our brothers and sisters, fathers, mothers, nieces, nephews and our American family and I remember them as we should remember them. Some were heroes who took their last breaths to save or attempt to save others some succeeded and others were not able to succeed, but all were heroes for giving of themselves. Now, Seven years have passed, but many of us watch the TV shows that attempt to honor them or we hear politicians speak of them as heroes. However, do we really remember them? Many of these politicians who speak of them also put up roadblocks to help the victims families survive financially and emotionally. We also remain in a war which was said to be started to defend our nation and to seek justice for these families and for America, but is it justice for more Americans to die in a war that was not started for the right reasons?

And how does a war bring justice to the victims their families or our nation? Real justice would be to make sure all Americans can be safer from the evil beings that attacked our families. Real security, but not political tricks and not by claiming to protect our nation while suppressing Americans’ civil rights with laws such as The Real ID Act, The MCA, The Patriot Acts or the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Amendments Of 2008. Those laws took away rights guaranteed in our Constitution and took away parts of the First and Fourth Amendments.

The point here is not to seek an audience for my points of view on freedom, but is to say that the worst part of what happened on 9-11-2001 is that after that fateful day our own government turned her back on her peoples’ freedom and did what those who would harm us wanted. It is our government that has put up restrictions on freedom and made us less free in the name of security, but in so doing they have betrayed all who died on that day and betrayed all of us for if we are to change laws that gave us the freedoms we enjoyed for two hundred and Twenty Five years then they have allowed those evil beings to scare and change a nation.

We must honor all of the souls who were lost on

9-11-2001 and honor every soldier who has fought and died in the cause of freedom in Afghanistan and Iraq since that day in 2001. We must commit ourselves to repeal laws that strike down our freedom. We must find a way to provide security to our people, but enforce the rights given to all Americans in the Bill Of Rights and in the United States Constitution.

This is how we honor our family who died in New York, DC, and in a field in PA. We also can honor them by having educational funding for every child of a victim of that day. We honor them by providing their needs and by honoring all American veterans who have fought for and protected our freedom. Yes, Seven years have passed but, everyday we live in a free and fair nation we honor their souls their memories.

Rest in Paradise, my departed family, who were taken from us on 9-11-2001. I will remember you and I will honor you here on earth until I meet you in paradise one day.

Albert Torcaso

The question is are you going to allow the obstacle to overcome you or are you going to overcome the obstacle?

ALBERT TORCASO ASK YOU TO Save America's freedom and the civil rights of all Americans.

This post was written originally on 12-13-2005 so you may wonder why I would re-post it? Because now more than ever we face a police state United States and because a Patriot must always inform his countrymen what is going on behind the scenes if one is aware of it.

Since this was first published we now have three laws that effect your civil rights, end privacy in America, suspended Habeas Corpus and allows all of your private information to be searched without a warrant! On Nov-4-2008 we can take back America's freedom by voting for the Presidential Candidate that will repeal these laws while keeping America secure.

Albert Torcaso

Go here and speak out for all Americans.

Stop the Patriot Act Expansion

Tell a friend about this campaign!
The Senate Intelligence Committee has voted to expand the Patriot Act to give the Justice Department and the FBI more powers to secretly acquire secret information about American citizens without any judicial review in advance, and without the knowledge of those being investigated.

This is a clear violation of the Constitution and against the wishes of the people and of many state and local governments. But Congress appears set to do it anyway.

Combine this measure with the REAL ID Act, and the act requiring Americans to inform on their friends, family, and neighbors, and it's easy to see the direction we're heading. All of the foundation stones are being put in place for a police state. This is surely no one's intention, but it would be naive to believe these powers won't be exploited by someone for bad purposes in the future.

And just imagine what will happen if the government once again fails to protect us from terrorism, despite all the money they've
taken from us to defend us, and the vast new powers they've assumed to themselves. Historically, governments always exploit crisis (much of which they create through their polices) to gain more power over the people.

The time to stop this trend is now. Please send a message to Congress asking them to oppose expansion of the Patriot Act.

The Petition.

What I wrote is below.

This act hurts America, please repeal it now.
As an American I can understand that Congress wants to protect America and our people, but putting laws that restrict the freedom of innocent and honest citizens is not the way to protect our nation. How we must protect our nation must always be balanced with the needs of security, but must never be intrusive on our rights of free speech, expression, internet communications, e-mail, or the freedom to travel throughout the United States of America.

I ask this law be repealed for the good of our nation

Clip 1, I explain why one is so determined to strike a cord with one?s fellow patriots. All Americans must learn what is going on in Washington behind the scenes and then we must legally fight to stop it. Washington has seen fit to allow our law enforcement agencies the power to spy on any and all Americans and now they can even listen into your cell phone calls and even hear you talking privately even when your cell phone is turned off! Yes, this may seem far fetched and far reaching, but my fellow Americans it is also a reality in America today. I ask you not to take my word for it I ask you to research it and then once you learn that I speak the truth I ask you to act and to act today and each day until we gain back our freedom!

ALBERT TORCASO PRESENTS One man running for President voted to suspend YOUR FREEDOM! One Man Defened It and You!!!!

UPDATED FOR NOV-4-2008 ELECTION NEWS. JOHN MCCAIN VOTED IN FAVOR OF SUSPENDING YOUR RIGHTS!!! Barack Obama and Ron Paul Voted against this bill and in favor of us and our rights!! So, vote for America and vote for one of the men who stood up for you and America!!

Once this law passed your rights to free speech, privacy, life and liberty and all of the rights our founders fought and died for are Gone!
You think I am full of myself, but read about it and you'll learn that I speak the truth!
A way to win wars on terror is not to limit, jail, or otherwise harm your own citizens this bill only kills our freedom and does nothing to win the war on terror.
You don't believe me? Fine. Read it for yourself and the information you read below came right from the US House Of Representatives Site. www.house.gov US Senate's Site! www.senate.gov It also came from http://www.govtrack.us/ and the House's Site therefore, these are facts not me just saying things to scare people.
Your freedom is at risk will you let what Millions of Americans fought and died for go in vein? Or will you vote in this and in every election?
We must change and stop the madness of such bills and laws being made by a republican party that is out of control and a weak, as yet powerless, democratic party. Americans who want to get back their rights and stay free must vote away control by those who allow such laws to pass and be signed by the President.
The Senate and the House of Representatives. Then, we must vote out the extremist of both parties. America can ill afford the extreme right or the extreme left nor can we give all the power to the democrats no more than we can give to any party. When we have one party controlling all branches of government be they democrat or republican or any future party.
It is when one party controls all levels of government that we start to lose our freedoms or extremes are allowed to happen. For now we must vote in a balanced government that will honor and restore the US Constitution. Then we must demand that this bill or new law that shreds' to pieces our bill of rights and the constitution, and declaration of independence be repealed.
For those who feel that since you're a law abiding citizen you need not worry about the elimination of Habeas Corpus. Take note: This new law will effect every single American ( you.) if you are ever arrested for anything or you enjoy your freedom online and you visit a site that our government does not like or allow then you can also be arrested, jailed, taken to a secret location and your family may never see you again! Is that what millions of Americans died for? Is that what the American men and women in Afghanistan, Iraq and other places in the world fighting for?
I say no! They fought for freedom and still fight for freedom! But, now Congress saw fit to end our freedom!! Don't sit and do nothing or soon you too could be without your personal Freedom!!
What about your children? If you won't act to protect your freedom will you act to protect theirs?
THIS MESSAGE IS LONG, BUT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT AMERICA'S FREEDOM! WHO VOTED TO KEEP YOUR FREEDOM AND WHO VOTED TO TAKE IT AWAY! REMEMBER ABE LINCOLN, GEORGE WASHINGTON AND ALL OF THE AMERICANS WHO FOUGHT AND DIED FOR FREEDOM AND ON
NOV-4-2008!
VOTE FOR THOSE WHO PROTECTED YOUR FREEDOM AND VOTE OUT THOSE WHO HAVE GOTTEN RID OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS AND HABEAS CORPUS AND WHO MADE LAWS TO SANCTION TORTURE IN AMERICA AND ALLOWS OUR MILITARY TO TORTURE PRISONERS OF WAR!
Yes, I want terrorist captured, tried and in prison. Yes, I want America to win her war on terror, but not by making laws that end the Bill Of Rights, The US Constitution, The Declaration Of Independence and not by taking away the civil liberties of every American.
To do that is to become a fascist nation and may I remind you we fought Germany, Italy and other nations so that Americans would never live in a fascist nation. This bill and new law makes it one step closer to a reality of Americans living under laws that Hitler would have put in place and laws that Hitler would welcome and enjoy!
Let's stop this from happening! Again, don't believe a word I have written. Look below at the words Congress itself has written then search out news online and read about it where you can but act before it is too late.
I was not yelling above. I used dramatic license to point out what is going on and to get Americans to legally and peacefully rise up and regain our freedoms and civil liberties to regain the America that Lincoln, JFK, Ronald Regan, Jefferson and millions more fought for. I'm now asking you to fight for America to fight legally and peacefully for Freedom!
Some may call me an alarmist others may call me a fool, but nobody can say that I don't care about my family, my friends my nation or our freedom.
Vote Nov-4-2008 And vote for freedom in America.
Note: New law makes it illegal to pay online gambling bills with credit cards or debit cards. However, you can pay gambling debts at brick and mortar bingoes and at a casino. Why?
It's an attack on your cyber freedoms.
Bills to limit freedom of all types are in Congress now.
Bills to end Public Access in America our in Congress now.
Attacks on our freedoms both online and offline are happening and will not stop until we act to make it stop!
Albert

September 28, 2006

Summary

S. 3930, the Military Commissions Act of 2006, would authorize the President to establish military commissions for the trial of alien unlawful enemy combatants. The bill would authorize the Secretary of Defense to convene military commissions and, in concert with the Attorney General to establish the rules and procedures governing military commissions. S. 3930 also revises the War Crimes Act and would amend the Habeas Corpus provisions of the United States Code.

Major Provisions

SUBCHAPTER 1- General Provisions

Authorization for the establishment of military commissions. S. 3930 would establish the authority of the President to establish military commissions for the trial of alien unlawful enemy combatants engaged in hostilities against the United States for violations of the law of war, as provided in chapter 47 of title 10, United States Code. It would recognize the authority of the military commission to impose an appropriate sentence upon any person found guilty and would authorize the Secretary of Defense to carry out a sentence of punishment imposed by a military commission. S. 3930 would require the Secretary of Defense to submit an annual report to Congress on any trials conducted by military commissions.

Unlawful enemy combatant. S. 3930 would define an unlawful enemy combatant as: 1) “a person who has engaged in hostilities against the U.S. or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the U.S. or its co-belligerents who is not a lawful enemy combatant (including a person who is part of the Taliban, al Qaeda or associated forces)”; or 2) “a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006 [December 30, 2005] has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the President or the Secretary of Defense.”
